I currently have no way of accuartly measuring i will say I workout quite often however have only been doing it since november of last year, I'm 5'10 weigh 157pounds, and currently the following is what Im able to lift, 35 pound curls with each arm, 225 pound bench press, 300 pound leg press 225 pound leg curls and here is the following clothes sizes of mine, 30 inch waist and medium shirt.

I'm 5'10'' and weigh 164 and bench 225 8 times so there definitely is a possablility he could rep it.

That being said you shouldn't use those calculators because if you are muscular they are not accurate. You need a fat calibrator which every gym should have. It pinches the fat and measures it but make sure you have a good trainer to do it for you.

I dont believe you can bench 225.
