If someone is truly psychic, shouldn't they be accurate, meaning right at least a little more than they are wrong? What about when they work on things like missing people, and their wrong information actually botches an investigation?

I have watched her answer questions on ''Montel", I believe she is a fraud. She plays off of the answers that she asks... I really don't think she knows anymore than we do. And just gets lucky.. sometimes.

I don't know if Sylvia Brown is a fraud or not, but what I know is that psychic or mediums don't have all the answers we want. It is a mistake to think we can ask a medium for resolving police investigation problems, or lottery numbers, or whatever we want. In fact, they are gifted, but it is a gift from God and God reveals through these people only information we really have to know. Mediums are an instrument in spirits' hands, not in human beings' hands. They can't use the gift in favor for this or that person, but only for God's purpose.
One more thing, if the medium is charging money, they are fraud. It is in the Bible: "give for free what you receive for free". If a person is psychic or medium and charge to see the future, doubt it!
I totally believe in mediums, because I have seen a lot of good people, and they don't charge money, they act silently, they are humble and they only give us information that they are allowed by the superior spirits to give.

a fraud because she even admits that she is only right a 1/3 of the time. plus psychics are against the spirit of prophecy which comes from the living God

You must decide. Psychics or Soothsayers are able read the past or divulge personal knowledge using familiar spirits assigned to humans. Their attempts at fortune-telling are limited, because of the ungodly spirits they channel through. Only God Himself knows the future to the greatest detail.

I only watched her on Montel a few times.
After She said that the world was going to end back in 2006 I stopped believing her.

Very few psychics have real powers. Those who have, should be able to tell you things from your past that only you know about. These powers are usually demonic. They have no power to tell the future - can only make a good guess..
