People who do, usually have a dissociative disorder. It comes from having a bad thing happen to you as a young child, which you might have forgotten. You put it in the back of your mind, but sometimes that part comes out & lives your life for you.

The good thing is that it is treatable without medication, just with talk-therapy. Go to a therapist who says they are experienced with dissociative disorders, or DID. That person can help you get over it!

Nope. Not good. See a doctor. It could indicate a physical problem or a mental health one. No matter how you look at it, it requires medical attention.
