Yes, they usually do - the "sealing" is a temple function and fairly small, and the wedding is a big normal wedding. (They just had this on "Big Love" this last week!)

Yes but the sealed wedding must take place first and be where all the documents are signed, etc.

The second "normal" ceremony can only be for show. It depends on which compound they choose on whether or not they will make them do that part someplace else.

What is "normal" for you depends on culture. In some white weddings are totally freakish and normal is exchanging pigs instead of vows.

They could have what is called a ring ceremony, since that isn't a part of the temple ceremony.

Bear in mind, however, that not all LDS can witness a an LDS wedding. It's usually limited to immediate family, and a few (a FEW) friend of the bride andgroom.
