absolutely! a spiritual person is one with their environment and has the ability to navigate through life with an enlightened "third eye".

As an Agnostic, I'd have to say no. I believe that being spiritual will give you somewhat of a delusional view on the environment, much like a child pretends he's in his favorite TV show when walking around the house. I could go around thinking that our world is filled with wizards like Harry Potter, and that they're flying around us every night with their invisible cloaks on. Does that make life more "mystical"?

Great question.
Its interesting because I know that when someone is really lovely and loving they are incredibly great to be around.
When someone else cooks you a meal and you feel really welcome, that is a great environment to be in.
Quantum physics and the recent movements like 'The Secret' would seem to suggest that various people exude 'good vibes' and that they impact the universe around them.
Some people have paid for others to pray for them - see the Christian Science religion, started sometime in the last couple of centuries by Mary Baker Eddy. That is very much a case of choosing to be positive and affirmative, in order to directly change the physical world, including the human body.
After having said all this, I also have to admit that kinda think its a load of crapola.
After having said that... I also know that your emotional life will impact your physical health.

Yes, much like someone suffering from schizophrenia believes his/her delusions to be reality. The way we view reality is based entirely on the physical makeup of our brain, so if we were to overlay the concept of spirituality on our perceptions the world we would view would appear much more spiritual. I would compare it to looking at the world through rose-colored glasses but a little more abstract.

I don't know about mystic, but I think people who are deeply spiritual are peaceful people, who tend to bring calm and a sense of peace. People like to be around others who are genuine, peaceful and loving and who generate those qualities in their environment.

I guess. It depends on the individuals perception, but I doubt that feelings would add up to much spiritually. The true measure is how you affect others not yourself.

Any attitude toward life will have an effect on your environment.
Being spiritual doesn't make you any more able to affect changes in your life than any other outlook you have.

Yes. Man is a spirit, that lives in a body, and has a soul. The soul being the mind, will, and emotions.. When the spirit is in control, the body & soul must submit to that authority.

Depends on what you mean by "spiritual" ! If you are alluding to religion - that is not "spirituality", that is conformity.
