kill my neighbor for stealing my newpaper, and i have told he to stop

only if you can prove he stole it to the judge. then you get away with just manslaughter or maybe even off totally with reasonable insanity charges.

It depends. What newspaper do get? Depending on which paper you subscribe to, the neighbor might actually be doing you a favor. However, if you get a good, respected paper, death is justified.
You might also try poo. Put it deep inside, and wrap the paper back up like it had never even been opened. I'm sure the thievery will quickly cease.

While it is morally wrong to kill your newspaper stealing neighbour, I do empathize with your plight. However, the New York Times, et al are not available in your local super max prison. There ought to be a law! I suggest you subscribe to a much weightier newspaper as it is more difficult to steal.

As per the laws of Texas, wait till he is in your yard, has the papaer in his hands, then shoot him! Tell the police that he was attacking you with the newspaper and that you feared for your life.
I've got rid of 3 neighbors and 2 of my neighbors dogs this way.

If you've actually caught him in the act...talk with him why he's doing it...DO NOT yell at him or curse him out...because it'll make things worse...you dont have to be his friend...you guys have to repsect each other's space property...
let him know that its not cool...
if hes still continues to steal your newspaper let him know you'll call the cops for theft...technically this is a crime he commits every day...

I bet you did it just as a joke.
If it is delivered and the guy is snatching from your porch you may have to ask the paperboy to put it in a hiding place.
OR, you could ask the paperboy to put YESTERDAYS news for the thief to find and have a good laugh on him.

no. but lighting a bag of dog crap on fire and ringing the bell might be ok. get an airsoft gun and pop him next time though. you gave him a warning already so it free game now. and you might be able to get him on trespasing if you shoot him. stealing also, the list goes on and on

Why don't you tell the neighbour that you will give him the newspaper after you have read it yourself. That way he might leave it alone knowing that he is going to get it in the end anyway.

you can't fight the bad with the bad. (fighting the bad with the bad is natural)
What's supernatural is fighting the bad with the good.
Treat him super well. Bring him cake or something. (and don't expect him to change!) but definitely he will be wondering why do you treat him well if he's doing you bad.
Maybe one day in the future he'll change.
Maybe life's wanting you to learn to live without newspaper.. :)
