Your baby’s teeth develop in the gums before they are even born. During her early months, whitish spots with a pearl like appearance may show on the gums. These are not teeth, are quite harmless and will vanish. I've heard pediatricians actually refer to them as "pearls."

HELLO,

THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT TEETH @ 3 MONTHS OF AGE.
IN VERY RARE OCCASIONS EVEN THOUGH THE START TO ERUPT A LITTLE EARLY AND THIS MAY BE A TOOTH BUD TRYING TO BREAK THROUGH THE GUMS.

most likely an abcess or a tooth coming in. Call the dentist ASAP

could be cold sore, abcess, infection?

take her to the doctor's or dentist.. not sure. but call them both, and ask them this question.

could be the beginning of something, and if it is, don't wait.
