Coffee is bad only because of the caffeine.But most sodas are just as loaded with caffeine. A mocha latte every once in a while won't hurt you, nor will a cup of coffee a day or a soda a day. It's when you start drinking lots of any of them that it's not good for you. Caffeine raises blood sugar, adrenaline, and heart rate. Good for alertness; bad overall.

Absolutely not! It's been well researched. CNN's own Dr. Sanjy Gupta did a segment on coffee. National Geographic magazine did practically a 15 page story all about caffeine. Caffeine is your friend. Caffeine actually helps the brain function and can boost memory. Caffeine can however, contribute to dehydration, so make sure you're still drinking water. Now the milk and chocolate in the mocha are bad news. It's all fats and sugars. Try to get yourself into black coffee or espresso. I drink about 6 cups a day and I haven't age in 10 years. It's the elixir of life.

Actually it has been proven that coffee is NOT harmful and there are many beneficial properties in coffee. The down side to coffee is it can dehydrate a bit and during hot weather that is not too terrific.
BUT unhealthy...no coffee is absolutely safe if used in moderation. What is unhealthy (!!!) are all the frothy drinks sold at coffee houses...latte's, frappachino's, etc. The fat and the sugar will kill you...the coffee will do no harm. Coffee black = zero fat zero calories, add the sugar, syrup and cream POW you have 500+ calories of toxins.

i really hope not because i love to drink cappuccinos and lattes. i did see a big thing on the news a few weeks ago about how much coffee a person can drink before its unhealthy. they said you can drink four regular cups of coffee a day before its too much. i think a latte every once in a while is fine!!!!

coffee by itself is not bad for you. it is a diarrhetic (can cause you to have watery poo) and contains caffeine which can cause sleeplessness. too much coffee can cause heart palpitations, but that would take around 4-6 cups of coffee in a short period of time.
the mocha lattes and the cappuccinos and other similar drinks found at starbucks and other coffee bars are considered "unhealthy" mainly because they contain a ton of calories. they also have little nutritional value.

Technically... Coffee is not bad... coffee actually helps your heart and blood...
You want mocha latte?? or maybe Cappuccino?? you just have to avoid the coffee with high levels of caffeine... The caffeine ingredient is the one that makes cofee real bad

Coffee contains caffeine which in my opinion is not good for everyone, it is however a matter of choice as well as taste. Coffee tastes great when it is made the way I enjoy it. ( I only use decaf) To add to my answer, caffeine is not good for the body it works on the nervous system and the heart. It does in coffee, the same things it does in chocolate you can become hyper. a mocha latte once in what, a month? no, dont worry you will be okay! everything is bad for u when u have too much of it-- but i dont really think coffee- as long as its not too much, is all that bad...? okay well, enjoy the mocha lattes!!! =]

a lot of people think it is bad for you but if you drink it once in a while you will be OK. I have been drinking coffee for almost 20 years and I have not had any problems.(I started when I was very young with lots of milk in it).

it depends on your system. If you are strong enough, black coffe can be ok in moderation. If not, just play safe with caffe latte or mochaccino. For some people, black coffe can be a diurectic, to force the bowl movement. but always, a general rule, after anykind of bbeverages with coffe in it. flush with drink a lot of water. so, your system wont be complain, and the role of caffein in creating nervousness or agitation is naturalized.
