no rude comments please. anyways, dont ask how i know her... but i always hear her daughter crying at night. the little girl sleeps about 2 hours a night. i always hear her shouting "get off of me"... "i hate you mom"... and just yesturday i heard her mom repeat over and over "did you see my friends d*ck". they live in a garage... and the mom does "business" right in fromt of her daughter. by the way, she also uses her daughter to get welfare benefits is there a way to report her anonymously? yall have to understand that im only 13 my parents arent the type that like to get involved. they would kill me if they found out that i was meddling in other ppl's business. well if i do report her... wat will happen? will ppl know that i was the one who reported it?

it would be the correct thing to do.. to report this... at ur age i understand u would be scared to report anything... we as adults are scared sometimes..
look in ur phone book under welfare or mayor hot line... or call the cps... child's protective service.. and report it..
tell them u do not want to give ur name.. u being a kid.. they may want to talk to u...
but at least u will make them aware of it..
the 3 yr old and me will thank you for doing the right thing..
have a older friend or ur mom or someone do it...
but if what u say is true it does need to be reported.. the little girl may be sexually abused by her or other men... if not now then later on..
do ur best to tell the authorities...

to report her...if there's a way, wait until her mom is abusing her daughter again and call 911 or ur local police and tell them the address and situation. tell them that you want to be anomynous and not reported as a hero on the newspaper or something. the media can be...well, nosy to say the least of it. there's not really a way to have ur parents not know, since police will probably interview you, and if u stay at the garage the mom mgiht see you.
to help the daughter, you could ask around if anyone wants to help an abused daughter and if they would want to temporarily adopt a child. make sure u meet each person in person with an adult though.
and at least tell them the situation...maybe they'll soften and at least let you call the police? even if they do "kill" you or ground you for the longest time...they can't do worse than what that girl has been going through

The next time you hear something, go to a pay phone and report what you heard without giving your name. Or call child protective services and tell them everything but your name. Just say you want to keep it anonymous. Or write CPS a letter without your name on it.
Please report this. That little girl desperately needs your help. Thank you for being such a compassionate and caring person. A lot of people wouldn't get involved at all.

Call the police while it is happening. The cops will come and bring a social worker who will take the daughter away while the situation is looked into. There is no way the woman can find out who reported her unless she has a friend who works as a 911 operator. Even then, they are bound to confidentiality.

You should report it to the police. You can report it anonymously.
Before you call, write down everything you know that's factual. That will hlep during the phone call.
The worst things about this, from the police perspective, is abuse and "lewdness" in front of a minor.
Most likely if she gets jailed, her daughter would go to a relative that's more caring than she is.

I don't know how it works where you live,but here we have an anonymous tip line to the police.This little girl is being abused and doesn't deserve it.You need to call and let someone know,so she has a better chance at a good life.Her mother doesn't deserve to have her.My sister adopted 2 little girls for that reason and they are very lucky to have her and a nice family to raise them.PLEASE do something.

If you call the police anonymously they might suspect that someone in the area tiped them off but its highly unlikely they will discover that it was you
The child will be taken from her mother and placed in either close a relative's home or in a foster homeor orphhanage
But that might be better than the condition she is living in now

you should be able to report her anonymously but if you are really scared then use a pay phone and if they insist give them a fake name and the number that is on the phone. if you report it then they have to check up on it. give them all the info you have especially what time she does "business" so they can try to make it a point to stop in then.
