This sounds a lot more serious than epilepsy.

Thinking that someone rules her is a really dangerous symptom. Talk to you parents or a doctor or somebody who has the ability to get her to a doctor. she could do something to hurt herself. You can't do anything other than telling other people, and helping her get to a doctor. this needs someone who can do real diagnosis.

If she has a mind of a 20 year old, her behavior is still pretty scary. Encourage her to see a doctor, and get some help. She obviously needs it.

She really needs help.
Talk to your parents about this...she needs to see a good Doctor and be on medication.
This sounds like Bipolar if someone is talking to her. Don't wait get her help. She is miserable....and it's nothing that a good Doctor can't take care of.

I would encourage her to seek professional help - see what she's diagnosed with then follow the advice of the professional. If she's already done that and is supposed to be on medication, encourage her to take it. Listen to her if she needs to vent...don't judge her...let her know you are there for her. Find out what's stressing her in her life and offer suggestions/help in relieving that.

The best way to help her is share this information with an adult who can take her to get evaluated. I agree this is pretty serious.

You need to get her to a doctor. She may have schizophrenia. In the meantime, contact www.nami.org. They can help.
