If you are filled by the Holy Spirit, you should empty out the blessings that you have been given, and bless others. If you are empty, you should pray for the Lord to fill you up again, so that you can bless others more.

it sounds like someone is dumping one glass into another back and forth and no one is actually gaining anything. in essence, there is only so much to go around.
