It looks like layers, side bangs & highlights.
You could just take the pic. to your salon & tell them that's what you want.

its just a long hair cut, layered, and streaked. with bangs
you can also print out this picture for your stylist to see so they can do it for you.

long. it is angled from the chin down, long layers. it is also straightened and steaked
