Krishna was only Arjuna's choice at which Duryodhana was really happy. How he will choose Krishna by himself.
If at all he had that inclination he would have given Pandavas their due long back.
Even assuming it, Kurukshetra would not have been much different except that it would have been a prolonged war.Duryothana would not have heeded to his words, but Pandavas would have missed really Him.Yet, we would have had Bhagavat Geetha with the same essence but in different arrangement of words perhaps when Yudhishtra sought the blessings of the elders.

Surely Pandavas would have won the war as they were in the side of good, honest and politeness. So even Lord Krishna was in Duryodhana's army, Pandavas would win the war, as everyone know that good wins over the evil at last. Lord Krishna would definitely have helped them in any way.

Even if Duryodhana had chosen Lord Krishna instead of the Narayani-Sena; Pandavas would have won the war.

The reason being, Duryodhana would have urged Krishna to break his vow of not fighting in the Kurukshetra & eventually lose His grace. He would have made Krishna desert him & incur His wrath.

Eventually, it is only Dharma that triumphs...!

Then again pandavas would have won the war. Krishna would have helped pandavas indirectly being with Duryodhana.

Lord kriahna did not engage himslef in the war .he would have only been the sarathy of Duryodhana and still duriyodhana would have lost the battle as his on the side of injustice .the lord does not partake of anybody's deed God or bad as said by him in his Gita .May be Arjuna would have died at the hands of karna but still the battle would have been lost
If the impossibility of Duryodhana choosing Kaihna could have happend , he impoosiblity of the Gauravas even wiht the help of Krishna would also have happend ! remember that eh very avataar of Krishna was to destroy the evil and to establish Dharma .
Parithraanaaya saadhu naam,
vinaachaaya chadhukruthaam,
dharma sasthaabanaarthaaya
Sambavaami yughe , yughe
so the possibility of Dhauryodhan asking fo rhe assisitance of the Lord woul not have happened under any circumstances .If by some modern contrivance contrary to the power of the divine we managed to instigat edhuryodhana to aske for the help of kraina Krishnna would also have used divinity to outwit us to fullfil his mission of appearing in that Yugha ! LOL.

There would not have been Kurushetra War and so many people would not have died. Krishna would have told Bhagawat Gita in a different way to Duryodana and he also would have been purified. An amicable settlement would have come and all solved-
