Yes, hemorrhagic fevers such as Lassa fever, Marburg, and Ebola are fast acting with a high degree of mortality, up to 90% in some cases. These diseases are very severe with the patient bleeding for every oriface. Initial symptoms are similar to malaria and can be mis-diagnosed. The disease can progress very quickly and once severe symptoms are seen, death can occur in a matter of days.

yeah, rabies can. Some humans don't show symptoms right away and if they don't get vaccinated soon after the disease is fatal...it can kill in 10 days.
