i study in a college, we have a professor who teaches us physics....
we literally tolerate him, he acts as if he is the principal of our college...till now even the principal has not taken an action against him....
he has already beaten up 2-3 boys...just because of no reason...and abuses every gal of our class...
i know it will be foolish to do things like this...but is it possoble for me to put up a case against him...for beating up students

use recording equipments for recording the abusing statements and if video its easy with a cam mobile
make copy of that and send it to media
or show it to competent authorities (now you have proof)
otherwise he will not change his this behaviour if this is his basic behaviour he will repeat after some time so keep proofs will help you to eradicate the problem
you seems to be a child but a child also have right to know why he is abusing and for what purpose

Well, recording/taping and all that stuff will not work. What you need to do is to report this to the principal. But this needs to be in writing as you are giving a formal complaint. Also involve all your classmates ( take everybody's signature on that). Don't do that alone because you need to show some might in these cases and also because this is every body's problem too in the class. If possible involve the students union( or the elected student body) as these are the cases where they will be more effective. So the first thing is to voice your opinion.

First off, you need physical evidence & second the people who he has abused needs to come forward and charge him. Why is the principal not acting?? There could be alot more going on than what you think. Call or talk to an attorney give them the details and if possible keep your identity a secret because you never know if something will be done to you for accusing him.

uh yeah you can put up a case if he hits yo. get a stuent that has been abused to prosecute, and then you will have backing you can be a witness this guy will never teach again. dont spit on him and dont have sex with him like the others have stated. spiting on him will provoke him to hit you and he would be hjustified you started the assult. sleeping with him would just be disgusting. bring this up with the principal and then with the police if he has abused you in any way, other than verbaly, or have another student that has been abused do it that will work better

Sounds more like a high school than college. I say this because you use the term principal, and not dean/chancellor. Next time he is beating up someone, call the cops (campus security should be real cops, call them) and have them deal with the 'prof.'
If it is a high school. Videotape the incident, and show the footage to someone in a higher place who will listen.

Of corse. You can probably get a lot of money out of the case to and he'll get nothing, but a lot of jail time. Go to the police before he beats more girls up and other boys. This guy is sick and i'd spit on him if i ever met him then have him beaten by a real man his size or bigger. Sorry, this just pisses me off.

yes u can do it. but first of all sufferer should come forward and tell their grievances boldly. and than other students can jion them . you all should unite and approch to your union leader and principal. one should not tolerate abuse. and approch to his family member. he is suffring from infiriority complex and that is psycological problem. so he can be treated, and his life will not be ruined.

Cases r not solutionns. He will just be out of catch. Right solution may be to convey him that he is giving his bad impressions. Use indirect methods only. Say some oone else or some fake email or fake sms etc.
Make him realiise thhat he is not liked by you all.
If al else fails, report this mmatter to his wife and children. They will do ur work.
