I tried to help someone on yahoo. I give the person my id . It was about a highly personal issue. The person openly attacked me. Said I didnt know what I was talking about . I have the exact same health problem for long time. Why ask if you dont want help? Please respect me.

Truth hurts and people know that if they accept it, they'll have to make some changes or acknowledge their failings. In the case of a health problem, not knowing what it is, it's hard to determine why the person attacked you. Don't let that person bother you any more; be the bigger person. You offered help, they rejected it, their loss and their problem.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I don't think Q&A is the best place to get respect! Some people are serious with their answers but many more are just having a laugh. Just go with the flow. Don't add to your own anxiety..

I think some people just want to hear what they already know or believe. They don't really want a direct, honest answer. I'm sorry that person was so mean to you.
