give me some fact about how much the english language is used in that country and are people there interested in learning english?what kind of programs or national policies are there in that country for learning english?can you give it with it references?

In Egypt, english is a very common language, although officially it's the third language after arabic and french, but u almost can find everyone speaks some english, ranging from few words like thank you to really fluent speakers.
English is learnt in schools, it's in every single school even if it's a french school, but the level of it differs. There are english schools as well, which are more advanced than regular english learnt in other governemental schools.
However, the majority of the egyptians have their own pronounciation, it's called egyptian-english slang, for example, thank you= sank you, papa= baba, chapter= Shapter.......

Pretty much most of the world except American and British former colonies or current possesions.

There's all of Latin and South America, however I don't think there's a rush to learn English there.

Europe's children are learning English as a second or third language. Many countries either require or suggest that the children in the school systems learn English. Most countries in western Europe will have younger people who speak English either fluently or pretty close.

The United States. It's turning into a Spanish speaking land. If you're born into an English speaking family then your best bet is to learn Spanish. It will be the dominate language eventually.

China and Mexico are the two that I would think of first. China makes sure school children learn English and Mexicans are hungry to learn it.
