I know I've heard people talk about the, but what are they?
I'm guessing I've never had one since I dont know what they are.
Is it like a white head, just black instead?

I'm 15, I wash my face everyday, I've never gotten one, so I wanted to know what they were like.

Sometimes its when dirt comes into a pour and a thin layer of skin grows over it, trapping the dirt inside. The black color is the actual dirt, while the white color in whiteheads are pus and bacterial.

Blackheads are pores that have old sebum that has oxidized & is trapped because of old skin cells over the pore.
The way to prevent blackheads is by exfoliation. Exfoliation can be done physically w/ a scrub or chemically by applying a solution that helps clear away surface debris.
White heads are pimples filled w/ white blood cells to fight off infection (pus).

yea basiclly.
whiteheads are closed pores, and blackheads are open pores so the surface gets dirty and well turns black

their like a pimple butt not exactly a pimple their like a pimple but theirs a black dot in the middle and when you pop it the black thing pops out {i had them]
