Not Karma. I do believe that if you live a bad life, then bad things tend to happen to you, but not because of Karma. (Ex: If you're mean to people, then people will not like you and you will wind up alone or with enemies that wish to hurt you.) Bad things happen to you *because* you're living a bad life, not because of some cosmic force.
Same idea with good things.

No - I'm an atheist.
Atheists have no acceptance of gods, ghosts, aliens, leprechauns, tooth fairies ...
Thus, by association of ideas, there is zero intervention in whatever I choose to do with every minute of my life, All decisions are mine, even though inflenced by external realities. It's raining, therefore I'll stay indoors or go out with an umbrella. I will decide. Not any spirit entity. Life is really that simple. No bogey-men, no karma.
That said, if I am a good person - kind and generous and understanding and all the civilised lifestyle elements are in place, then less harm will come to me and less people will give me aggravation. There is a cause and effect element but 'karma'? Time to grow up and dismiss such childish concepts.

I do, but then, I'm a Zen Buddhist, and only an atheist by default. I don't believe in a sky god, yet I believe karma is a functioning universal law. Newton's Third Law, I believe it is, argues for the conservation of momentum, and a human life generates momentum. Whether it determines our direction in the immediate future or in an afterlife is immaterial - it determines our direction, and our direction is conserved. I try to believe as little as possible, because beliefs are like barnacles growing on our brains, and they drain psychic energy away from the present - but if I believe anything, it has to be karma. Have a fun evening and thanks for asking!

No, I don't think there is some magical force in the universe keeping tabs on the good and bad vibes. But realistically, when you do good things for people, they are more likely to do some good to you in return. If that's karma, then I suppose the answer is yes.

In its most basic form, that actions have consequences and that we are ultimately responsible for the consequences of our actions, yes.

As a metaphysical concept tied to reincarnation, no. As an explanatory hypothesis about why bad things happen to good people, definitely not.

I don't really see any evidence to support it but there are times when something bad will happen to me and I will remember that I did something to someone else like that one time. I guess that is called guilt or having a conscious. It is a great idea for a tv show though

I believe that people can have an influence on the ways others respond to them, but not that there is anything supernatural carrying forward an account of helpful vs. harmful deeds. That's just superstition.
