Dice some chives (and celery if you're into it) into the tuna - sprinkle some paprika and pepper in it - mix it up then spread on some bread (whole-wheat grain kind to keep it healthy) and put it in the oven till the bread gets a little toasty and the tuna warms. Yum!

Ahi Tuna is a good way. I think it's not as unhealthy as regular tuna, seeing as it's a type of sushi(but not neccisarily). My dad loves it, and will eat it at any chance.

Use low fat mayo or fat free sour cream with a little pickle relish. I like to add some mustard and a little onion and slap it between two pieces of bread...fantastic!
I also like it with lettuce and tomato and some freshly cracked peppercorns...

how are you eating it, if you have it drenched with mayo then thats bad for you, try this
1can of tuna
1 tablespoon of lowfat mayo
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 boiled egg
pepper to taste
my husband and i eat tuna like then all the time and we enjoy it and its really heathy for you.

i like tuna and beetroot.so do my kids..and tuna pie,continental have a nice quick packet to make up.
