Besides gum, what are some low calorie, low fat, longlasting snacks?

Air popped popcorn. Twizzler nubs. Count out a serving size. Almonds, also count. Use the snack pack bags, count out serving sizes. Once they are gone you no you are finished with the snack.

if your really serious about healthy being part of the snack i suggest pumpkin seeds- i eat them, and dont be put off as they taste just like nuts but are healthier. goji berries from the health food shop or leading supermarkets are expensive but also an excellent healthy snack they can vary in price so compare, i actually slightly rehydrate them it makes them nicer and i keep them in the car handy to snack on instead of chocolate. to replace sweets/toffe try dates as they are chewey and sweet. give them a try what have you got to lose if you like them youve found something new

94% FAT FREE popcorn. Popcorn has a lot of fiber in it which keeps you full longer because it takes fiber longer to metabalize. PLUS it makes you thirsty which makes you drink more water! BONUS!

TRY PEANUTS OR REAL CHOCOLATE (NOT CANDY BAR CHOCOLATE, THE REAL STUFF YOU GET AT HEALTH STORES)
