Hi Guys, need some help here, recently I tried to print a document which has some organisational chart in it, but the print preview and print out doesn't shows the chart at all.
Any idea how to slove this problem? Millions of thanks in advance!

The diagram is on the 3rd page of the document, even after scrolling down, the space where the diagram should appear is still a blank space.

I did a manual draw by using the Auto Shapes in Office 2003. It still doesn't appear on the print preview and on the print job.

How was the organization chart put in the document?

In Word 2003, you choose Insert -> Picture -> Organization Chart

You should not have any problems with this.

If you got the org chart into your document some other way, please describe and maybe we can figure a solution.

Since you can see the org chart on your screen, it should print. I can find no way to make the drawing autoshapes disappear from my Word documents. It's a mystery.

Suggest you delete all the autoshapes and try the other way of inserting an org chart. If the look suits you, I find it is much easier.

how many pages this document contains, if you have more than 1 you will need to scroll in print preview and check it.
