Exodux 2:11-12 says that Moses killed an Egyptian who was beating a Hebrew. I couldn't find a name given to that Egyptian in any translation of the bible available to me.

Now if you're talking about the movie version (The Ten Commandments with Charlton Heston), he killed the Egyptian master builder Baka for beating a stonecutter named Joshua. *smile*
