Restless Legs Syndrome
It happens to me too. I get it in my arms and legs and it feels just as you described. There is medication out for it but I don't think mine is severe enough for it and yours doesn't sound that bad either.
I'm 27 so I don't think it's growing pains

Are you getting enough exercise? Sometimes when that happens, I find if I walk up and down the stairs a few times and lift some very light weights (even cans of food if you don't have weights), that urge will go away. Also taking something like tylenol may help alleviate the symptoms.
If the above suggestions don't help, you may want to get a physical from your doc to make sure there isn't a muscle or nerve problem. Good luck!

Could be pinched nerves or maybe RLS (restless leg syndrome)
By the way, Distorted furry is full of S***. I have had MS for 12 years and live in the city where there is more MS per capita than anywhere else in the world. It is not fatal in 3 years ! He needs to Google MS and find out how debilitating it can be . Too many people with B***S*** answers that don't know how to research but offer their "EXPERT" advice.
If you are really really concerned you would just go to the doctor instead of asking non-pros with no experience in such matters

The legs sound like RLS..Restless Leg Syndrome but the arms? Could you have a pinched nerve in your spine? It may be time to see a doctor.
