God forgives sins but, only when the person doing the sinning is sincere in asking for forgiveness. If the person has no intention of giving up the sin he has committed, then he really isn't serious about being forgiven and God knows that. You have to believe in the choices you are making and in the consequences that come from those same choices. If you have faith in God and in what He has to say, then you will be able to figure it out. God is fair and just and you will get it right if you are able to understand His message.

God will forgive your sins if you ask him to come into your heart and you admit he is your savior, and that he died on the cross for you, if you have that vicious cycle of sin then you havent accepted Jesus, and then your sins are not forgiven, however the exception is you are a backslidden christian and you need to admit what your doing is wrong, no matter what dont think you can outsmart God, believe me you cant, I once did that sinned and then asked for forgiveness but i really didnt mean it, i just said it to make me feel good I was still sinning i hadnt truly repepnted

God forgives every sin that is repented of.

The greek origin of the word "repent" means to have a new mind.

Forgiveness by an all-seeing, all-knowing God is not given to someone who childishly "repents" and blatantly does it again, believing that all they have to do is say certain words, and everything is magically forgiven.

However, He is merciful to the sincerely repentant person who messes up on their way to being able to finally end a sin they keep committing, despite their BEST efforts.

When someone asks a question such as this I think of a Christian, German concentration camp guard at Auschwitz in 1944. He has a loving family who he takes to church every Sunday without fail. On this day, he is leading a family of Jews to their deaths in the gas chamber. Here's where things get confusing for me. According to the bible, all the German guard must do is accept Jesus as his savior and the son of god and ask for forgiveness of this terrible sin of multiple murders of innocent victims, and he will dwell in heaven forever when he dies after living a long and fruitful life. The innocent Jewish family, however, because they don't believe just as the German does, after having their lives cut miserably short and not allowed to bring up children have, grandchildren and enjoy the other niceties of life like the German will enjoy, will burn in hell for eternity. That's just sick man.

No, but sadly that what most of us do. God will forgive over and over, but it is still in His plan that we mature to the point where we at least conquer SOME of our sinful nature. A very thoughtful queston BTW and I hope you get a few more sincere answers.

No. To be granted forgiveness you have to repent (turn from your sins) and follow Jesus. Now you will occasionally sin, but a true Christian won't be going out and sinning every time they turn around.

Your question is not a new one. Infact, the apostle Paul did address this very question.

After talking about how grace increases when we sin more, Paul gets straight to the point.

In Rom 6:1,2 is this rhetoric "What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? By no means!"

HTH

No ,He said to go and sin no more. After you are forgiven you're not to go back to the same thing again.God knows what is in your heart. We can't play a game with him.If your heart is true he will know. If it is false.LOL well you are only kidding one person.Yourself.But he does know and understand that we a human and can make mistakes and are weak. But as long as we have asked Jesus Christ into our heart to live we will have eternal life and forgiveness.

1 John 1
6. If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:
7. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
8. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
9. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
10. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
