my speakers connect. Is there a converter for headphone to AV jack?

mike t's answer probably won't work unless u have amplified speakers.

A/V RCA outputs are usually fixed level and 600 ohm impedance where headphones usually are taken off speaker output = 8 ohm impedance and vary with the volume.

You can easily get an adaptor for your scart socket that will break out the audio output. From there you can feed it into your amplifier/loudspeaker rig or a suitable headphone.
