im really nervous about starting highschool. any advice or things i should know about highschool?

yeah, be yourself
dont think you are big and bad, just caue you are in highschool
and do good!
you want to get into a good college!
so dont screw around!

Stay focused on the main purpose you are there and when that's done with for the day have fun. Good fun though, don't let peer preasure pull you into a life you don't want, trust me I know from experience... too much to tell now, email if you like. Don't be nervous, just be yourself. Highschool is about learning so much about yourself, life, people, and of course accademics, which can really suck at times.

Enjoy, but dont slack off.
Dont worry about taking the best classes, you'll have enough time for that, take the ones you need.
Dont freak out.
Dont worry about joining groups/organizations, you'll have plenty of time for that, but they are a great way to socialize...do it only if you have time.
Dont stress yourself.
High school is full of people that are full of themselves, and a few people will put you down, but you gotta show them you are capable of getting back up.
Just keep in mind, that what you do in freshmen year will stick with you until you are a freshmen in college, so be careful.

Sign up for many clubs, sports etc, and figure out what you like and stuff that maybe youve never done. Be yourself and dont try to hard to make friends or to fit in. Have a good time but focus on good getting good grades too.

honestly. its really not that bad.
highschools amazing.
just dont try to act all bad.
the upperclassmen hate it!!
yeah. im a sophmore in hs.
and its really cool.
i mean. the teachers sumtimes suck.
and the kids are wayy mean.
but hey. its part of life.
have fun w/hs.
dont get into drugs.
it will ruin your life.
have fun. annd
stayy out of other ppls business... =)

Be confident (even when you feel you want to crawl under a rock and hide). Don't be a crowd follower. If you have to stand alone, stand alone for the right reasons, and hook up with good kids.

the first couple days are the toughest with finding classes and stuff. My frist day i took my map and highlighted all of my classes on it, that way it was easier for me to get around. But once you know where all of your classes are its pretty much good. Study hard!

be yourself! acting like your big and bad gets you beat up! find some good freshmen friends and make the best of the year. i had a wild, crazy, & fun freshmen year. Hope you have as much fun as I did.

Relax, it shows.
Everyone else is nervous too.
The older kids will try to 'ride` you like they got ridden last year.
Just roll with it, and you'll be fine.

spend more time with yourself then you do with others. you will realize a whole lot of stuff u were blinded from before.
