If you think you have it you don't plain and simple

i mean obviously that's not always true, but if your worried about it then that shows that you have emotions which means you don't have antisocial personality disorder, or narcissistic personality disorder for that matter.

Anti-social personality disorder is characterized by a pretty much complete lack of conscience for example a serial killer with ASPD said he felt the same way about killing as smoking cigarettes, just another bad habit. Also Anti social disorder people are characterized as being well liked charming and generally being totally capable of making friends, but the relationships tend to not last very long...so they go through alot of friends very quickly

Narcissistic personality disorder is when you only care about yourself and in an argument you are always 100% of the time right. you don't care about others at all and only care about improving your current state of life.

obviously if you had either of these you wouldn't care because you wouldn't be able to

If you do, then you have probably been in trouble with the law quite a bit. This a very severe pattern of criminal behavior that starts at the age of 18 or later. The childhood equivalent is called Conduct DIsorder and there must be a history of Conduct DIsorder in the individual before the age of 18 in order to meet the criteria for Antisocial Personality Disorder:

I copied the following from Wikipedia. It's taken word for word from the DSM-IV (main resource of mental disorders used in the USA).

Diagnostic criteria (DSM-IV-TR)
The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV, currently DSM-IV-TR), a widely used manual for diagnosing mental and behavioral disorders, defines antisocial personality disorder as a pervasive pattern of disregard for and violation of the rights of others occurring since age 15vc, as indicated by three (or more) of the following:

1. failure to conform to social norms with respect to lawful behaviors as indicated by repeatedly performing acts that are grounds for arrest
2. deceitfulness, as indicated by repeated lying, use of aliases, or conning others for personal profit or pleasure
3. impulsivity or failure to plan ahead
4. irritability and aggressiveness, as indicated by repeated physical fights or assaults
5. reckless disregard for safety of self or others
6. consistent irresponsibility, as indicated by repeated failure to sustain steady work or honor financial obligations
7. lack of remorse, as indicated by being indifferent to or rationalizing having hurt, mistreated, or stolen from another
The manual lists the following additional necessary criteria:

1. The individual is at least 18 years of age.
2. There is evidence of conduct disorder with onset before age 15 years.
3. The occurrence of antisocial behavior is not exclusively during the course of schizophrenia or a manic episode.

The diagnostic criteria for Conduct Disorder (codes 312.xx, with xx representing digits which vary depending upon the severity, onset, etc. of the disorder) as listed in the DSM-IV-TR are as follows:

A repetitive and persistent pattern of behavior in which the basic rights of others or major age-appropriate societal norms or rules are violated, as manifested by the presence of three (or more) of the following criteria in the past 12 months, with at least one criterion present in the past 6 months:
1. Aggression to people and animals
2. often bullies people, threatens, or intimidates others
3. often initiates physical fights
4. has used a weapon that can cause serious physical harm to others (e.g., a bat, brick, broken bottle, knife, gun)
5. has been physically cruel to people
6. has been physically cruel to animals
7. has stolen while confronting a victim (e.g., mugging, purse snatching, extortion, armed robbery)
8. has forced someone into sexual activity
9. Destruction of property
