Diabetes, Type I or Type II, is disqualifying for enlistment or appointment in any branch of the Armed Forces.

no you cannot join the military at all it is up to you to disclose this, and also if you need medication for it their is no way of hiding this just a few tips. Maybe if we have a draft you can join and they will take you.
