How can I do this? I want to weigh about 110 pounds. How can I lose weight? Are there certain diets or foods that i should eat? Certain exercises?

i'm not as skinny as it may sound. i realllyyyy dont want to get love handles and i think its getting a little pudgy. almost all my friends have love handles and i dont want them so i want to take control of my weight but i need some tips.

I'M NOT DEATHLY SKINNY! can someone just answer my question? i'm not anorexic and i eat a lot. thats why i dont want to keep gaining wait. i AM healthy. so everyone stop assuming i'm nicole richie because i'm not grossly skinny.

It pisses me off when everyone wants to judge you because you want to lose weight. You are asking a question to get an answer not to be criticized! EVERYONE holds weight different. What weight looks good on some people doesn't always look good on others! You could be 5'10 and weigh 125 pounds and still have a gut!
Anyway to answer your question PROPERLY, I went from 120 to 110 by drinking two liters of water a day. I drank a lot of lemon juice or diet grapefruit juice before every meal. The citric acid helps you burn calories faster, and drinking lots of water trains your body to not hold on to water weight. When you don't get enough water throughout the day your body starts to store water in your thighs and tummy and that's why it is hard to lose that weight. Don't starve yourself but eat smaller healthier meals. It is actually better for you to eat five very small meals a day then 3 large ones. Always eat breakfast because it kick-starts your metabolism for the day, but keep it healthy. STAY ACTIVE it is very important to help you lose weight. 20 minutes of GOOD cardio a day should do the trick. Good luck hun! ;)
-Oh yeah, make sure you space out your water intake for the day. Don't drink 2 liters in one sitting that will just make you sick. It's easy to remember to keep up with your water intake if you carry a water bottle around with you everywhere you go.

I would give anything to be 125 lbs and I'm 5'4". I looked fabulous at that weight. With your added height, if you weighed 110, you would be too thin. The best thing you can do is just exercise and tone your muscles. That is far sexier than too thin. I've been there, too thin and sexy and toned. I got far more attention at the higher weight. Don't forget that as a female, some of your weight is butt and boobs. Most people forget this. You should be more concerned with being in shape and eating a healthy diet. The rest will take care of itself. Also remember that muscle weighs more than fat so you can be a very fit 120 lbs and a very flabby 110.

You may want to lose 10 lbs., but you sure don't need to drop any weight. In fact, you should probably put on a few pounds. I'm 5'7' and weigh 120 lbs. right now, and people call me skinny. But, I'm not near as young as you.

i am 5"2 and 110 pounds, i was 120 but over the summer i completely cut soft drinks out of my diet and drank cold waters instead i feel so much healthier and the weight melted off.also if u try this ,cut back on some of the sweets you may eat :) good luck

I'm 5'9 and I weight 150 I'm average weight for a guy but anyways, tips to lose weight
stop eating in fast food restaurants
drink lots of water
don't drink sodas
don't eat anythink 3 hours before u go to bed
if you follow those steps you will lose weight, it worked with me
and how is your cough. did u get rid of it?

You do not need to lose weight at all. My suggestion is to eat the standard balanced meals and exercise moderately. Look up the BMI online and find the appropriate weight range for yourself.

at 5'8 you should weigh 145-165 pounds. you're way under that! it's just as unhealthy to be too skinny as it is to be too fat
