i gave a two weeks notice and my last day of work was sunday. when should i get paid? i know i still have company keys that i am going to turn in tomorrow even though i wasnt told to turn them in. shouldnt i have received my paycheck sunday?

You should get paid on the next regularly scheduled pay date, and most likely not before. Add a few days, because they will most likely mail you the check, unless you let them know you would like to pick it up. You should check your employee handbook or company policy to know the exact procedures.

What day is payday?

If it is a one week hold back, your last paycheck should be one week after the payday of the full or partial pay period you worked.

If it is a two weeks hold back, your last paycheck should be two weeks after the payday of the full or partial pay period you worked.

If it is monthly, then your last paycheck should be one month after the payday of the full or partial pay period you worked.
