hey does ne one know what ¿Cuantas personas hay en tu familia? means and how would i answer it in a complete sentence in spanish? thx alot!

It means how many people are in your family. You could answer: Tengo (insert number) personas en mi familia.

It means "How many people are there in your family?". To answer it, we'd have to know at least what the total number is, but more commonly one would answer by saying whether your parents are alive, whether you're married and have children, and how many brothers and sisters you have. But supposing you just want to say that there are six people in total, you could say "En mi familia hay seis personas". Presumably you know the Spanish numbers and can change this accordingly if you need to.

Translates to: In my Family there is a total of ___ People.
