1. Yes, of course. We have a Biblical mandate to defend
our country. This includes killing the enemy.
2. Yes, of course. We have a Biblical mandate to defend
our families. This includes killing the unsub/perp.
3. No. As much as I would like to shut down all abortion
clinics permanently I don't think I have the right to to do so
legally. I don't believe I have the right to take the life of
anyone in side. Even though abortion is just as much a sin
against God as Nazism, Islamo Fascism, Communism, and
other criminal activities, the people in the abortion clinic are
there by choice. The warfare of the Christian in this age
toward these temples of Satan must be spiritual and stopped
short of actual physical intervention by illegal physical
violence. If we want to do something we can demonstrate
and boycott. We can preach. Thank-God we still have
freedom of speech. I believe that God is removing the un-Godly judges that permitted this atrocity in the first place.
Witness the installation of Roberts, Alito, Thomas, Scalia.
I believe these are Godly men and would overthrow RvW
in a heartbeat. The other judges are suspect, but hopefully
Kennedy would do the same. Ginsburg, Breyer, Souter,
and Stevens would likely uphold this unconstitutional,
satanic decision. IDK I could be wrong. The Lord may
move on the hearts of the latter justices to do right in which
case it would be a great victory over darkness for this nation.
If we were living in a different age such as Biblical times
when Israel first conquered Canaan, it might have been
different. But even then IDK. I sympathize with those who
are fed up with this madness. I'M FED UP, TO BE SURE.
But there's something more than meets the eye here. I
just don't think bombing abortion clinics is the answer.
I'd like to hear what others are saying along these lines.
Hi Kidd.
I Cr 13;8a
EDIT: It must be reiterated. Abortion is wrong, it is sin,
it is murder pure and simple. It is one the reasons this
nation is experiencing so many difficulties. People talk
about Christians being hypocrites. Well a medic such
as a doctor or a nurse performing an abortion is the ultimate
in hypocrisy considering they are pledged to save life.
Somehow this murdering of 4200 unborn babies everyday
in the United States must be halted. And we will halt
this horrible mess as we go before God in the prayer closet
and exercise our authority in Christ over the devil.
Judgment must and will come to our shores for this atrocious
abominable sin, but we must ask the Lord to avert the judgment until the Church has finished its work on the Earth
and is Raptured.

"justifiable" is the operative word so...
Yes
Yes
Yes
The obvious problem is that not everybody believes that a fetus is a human/person. If, for purposes of argument, we accept that a fetus is a person - due all rights of any person - then the killing is justified. Ideally, the act of abortion should be made illegal and the doctor/woman should pay the price by life in prison.
Take a different take on it - how about euthenasia?
Case 4:
You realize that a doctor has been killing off elderly patients systematically. Local authorities are unable to prove that this is happening, but you know first for sure. You determine the only way to stop the killing is by taking drastic action against the doctor. Is it justified?
--
What you're really asking is it justified to take the law into your own hands - the answer is yes. But that doesn't mean that there won't be consequences to your own actions - in the eyes of the law. In case 1 & 2, you will likely not suffer consequences - case 3 very much so.

I could only justify the killing in case #2. It is protection of the child that cannot protect itself--Self defense if you will. And as you said a baseball bat was used instead of a knife or gun, I believe the intent would only be to protect, not intending to kill.
I am on the fence about the justifiability of case #1. If it a kill or be killed case, I think I would kill the German, also, but not because his leader condoned genocide.
There is no excuse in case #3 for killing the doctor who is aborting a fetus. Just because someone else is killed, it does not give us the right to kill the killer.
It is not our job to judge anyone else or carry out punishment as a result of that judgment. I have to have faith the God will take care of justice.

Case #1: Yes. You are under the command of the leader of your country and we are to obey our leaders.
Case #2: No. You have used excessive force unless the person has a weapon. That said I would do exactly the same thing, as the person is trying to take the life of an innocent child.
Case #3: Much as I would like to say YES I have to say No as you could stop the procedure and save both mother and child. The Dr. should then be chargred with attempted murder of both mother and child (yes child not fetus or non person once the first two cells unite and a soul is united with that union it is a being not a thing.).

The cases of killing in the following circumstances are justified under specific laws and laws of wars:
Case 1
Where a state is engaged in a war with a legitimate casus belli, a soldier from one of the combatant states may lawfully kill a soldier in the army of the opposing state so long as that soldier has not surrendered. This principle is embedded in public international law and has been respected by most states around the world.
Case 2
Castle Law or a Defense of Habitation Law is an American legal concept derived from English Common Law, which designates one's place of residence (or, in some states, any place legally occupied, such as one's car or place of work) as a place in which one enjoys protection from illegal trespassing and violent attack. It then goes on to give a person the legal right to use deadly force to defend that place (his/her "castle"), and/or any other innocent persons legally inside it, from violent attack or an intrusion which may lead to violent attack. Within the legal paradigm, therefore, it functions as a type of justifiable homicide.
Case 3
It is justifiable homicide or defense of others — in interest of protecting the life of the fetus.

Case 1... Yes... If we believe that God is sovereign then He intended for there to be a war and for that soldier to die.
Case 2... Yes... Wouldn't matter if you were a father or not. Anyone breaking into your house is there without a just cause. IF you can avoid doing it, but you do have the right to protect yourself. No where does it say that you allow yourself to be killed.
Case 3... No... Even if you disagree with the Bible. This would be murder on your part. Is it wrong? In my opinion, yes. Justifiable homocide would be near impossible on your part to rationalize. Remember, Christ offers hope and not despair.
Thou shalt not kill is better translated... Thou shalt not commit murder... For example, if you are lying in wait with a plan to murder someone. This is what God is talking about in the Ten Commandments.
In Leviticus, God makes exceptions or allowances for people who "inadvertantly" kill someone. For example, you have too much to drink and you drive your car. You have an accident in which you kill someone. You did not have the INTENT to do it. God probably allowed it to happen so that YOU would have that burden to live with and give up alcohol. You were not to be put to death, but were sent to a city of refuge to live out the remainder of your life.
War time deaths are hard on soldiers because they feel like they are taking another life. Even at that time, there were soldiers that did not want to kill the Germans. When the Germans killed one of their fellow soldiers. The Allied forces got serious really quick and realized just like today's soldier. These people AIM to kill us. They don't care how we feel about them or killing.
What's going on overseas, our soldiers are doing a job that try and keep terrorists away from our shores so that we do not fight on our shores AND permanently alter our way of life.
They are doing a job they do not want to do in most cases. So if you meet an active member of our military. Thank them for allowing you to maintain your current lifestyle and freedom.

1 - Yes.
War is hell. People die, are maimed, get limbs blown off... This one's a moral wash.
2 - Yes.
I -AM- the father of a three year old child (my youngest), and I'll guarantee that if any fool is in my home trying to kill her, he's in for a VERY rude awakening. For a second. Anyone who wishes to specifically inflict harm on a child is no more than an animal, and needs to be put down as such. He's no longer a human being. Screw him.
3 - No.
Does it even need to be said? Pro-life is pro-life... not pro-(this)life and anti-(that)life.

Case #1 -Self-defense. Killed or be killed. Eye for an eye.
Case #2- Self-defense. Killed or be killed. defending an innocent child
Case #3- This is between the people involved and God, you are not right to kill these people, you become worse, as you maybe killing three innocent people. God makes this decision, not you.
Satan taught man how to kill, when Cain and Abel were fighting. He told him to hit the other on the head. There was no attempt to defend himself. God knew what was in the hearts of the two brothers and knew one had hate in his heart and did not accept his sacrifice, nor gave him blessing.

I agree with numbers one and two. However, number three, though it may seem righteous to some is still wrong. I agree with the person who calls it terrorism. If we are pro-life we should also be pro-peaceful solutions. Too many lives have been taken because of people's self-righteousness. Let's not do a repeat of the Salem witch fiasco and other so-called righteous killings. I believe all life is sacred and God is the ultimate judge.

A soldier must do his duty and fight for his country.
When you defend your child from harm it is to protect your loved ones.
But when you kill a doctor for giving a woman an abortion that is wrong.Let God be the judge of this person.
I agree that aborting any baby is wrong and immoral. The blood is on these men or women's hands.God does not forget that.
