For the first two answerers,i don't think the asker is talking about singer Tarkan. It must be the Tarkan,once shot on movies as Kartal Tibet was the lead, or am i completely wrong?
I'm sure you can find something in Kadıköy. There are lots of old, second hand book/comic shops.Worth to try.

I didn't think he was asking about the singer either, I thought it would be funny if he were, so I made a joke. I am sure that some people got it, but obviously comics are a very serious matter in spite of their name, 'comics'.
