When people have been coma for years are they able to sleep when they wake up. I know it is a weird one?

Yes, they can. But, I've heard that a lot of times they are afraid to because they don't know if they'll wake up, again.

My wife was afraid she wouldn't wake up again if she want
to sleep. She was in a coma for 45 days. She finely couldn't
stay awake any longer. Now she dose fine.
