Marketing, especially if they are charging more for the cardio. If it's 100mg of aspirin, it's 100mg of aspirin. The only difference may be an enteric coating on some products (it will say on the packaging). An enteric coating makes the tablet dissolve in your intestines instead of in your stomach, easing stomach problems.
