Use a moisturising body wash at night and a body scrub in the morning.
The scrub will peel away the top layer of skin and will hasten the lightening process.
But maybe don't use it twice a day, because it'll start to dry your skin.
hope that helps.

A tan is skin damage and it won't go away until new skin cells have replaced the dead ones. In a week or so your skin will have returned to it's natural color.
My advice? Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate. It removes dead skin cells quickly.

For your legs, shave them, it takes off the tanned dead skin cells making your legs lighter.
For the rest of your body - give it a really good scrub.

Tan is just at the surface of your skin. Use a good exfoliating scrub and it should come off.
