This whole Arellano ordeal is just pissing people off. I think the immigrant rights movement did this to get back on the map, to rally the troops again. I mean there was a press release about where she was going to give a bunch of speeches. On top of that you have the media claiming she's the symbol to the immigrant's right movement, when clearly she's not. It's pathetic. It bothers me that they used a woman like this for their own agenda and now U.S. citizens are going to be much more upset about illegal immigrants.
I think what everyone are missing from whole Arellano story, which is that she was arrested in 2002 for using a fake social security number, yet the judge didn't deport her until last year? So...in a way she was permitted to stay in this country for four more years?

"Mexico isn't any place for a single lady like Senora Arellano to enhance a son" suggested Mexico Senator Ernesto Mentiroso. incredibly? Then why does not Mexico sell start administration, make rape unlawful (in some Mexican states rape is criminal), and supply unfastened abortions to all single pregnant Mexican females in Mexico? Then no "single females" will ever could desire to enhance a toddler on my own in a rustic like Mexico, the place their own elected officers think of it incredibly isn't any respectable place to enhance little ones. Who cares what the Mexican Senate has to assert, for sure the senators are finished morons, judging by ability of Senator Ernesto Mentirosos idiocy. the human beings the US did not p.c. Senator Mentirosos or the different Mexican in Mexicos senate to our government, and we on no account will.we don't provide a rats at the back of what any Mexican says or thinks approximately something we do. Arellano is a convicted felon, she replaced into legally deported, enable Mexico pay to assist her now. thank you for the giggle. You made my day.

Duh suckers, this was a perfect example of how the gvmt just does simple actions to "hush" or downplay the real situation. She's a couple of miles a way, please for all we know shes probably back in that church.. lol! But i'm sure many Americans thought it was an accomplishment, but 1 person is no comparison with 20 million & counting daily. Illegals must be doing somethin right to be able to stay here at their population & growth w/o any penalty under the law.

I can drive there in 45 min. so that isn't very encouraging. BUT, I think she will be busy rallying support on that side of the border. I honestly believe that she left when she was ready and she is where she wants to be for her own reasons. Perhaps not, we'll see soon, I'm sure.

Not exactly but you'd think they'd manage to ship her more inland, after she spent some jail time for comming back into the country after being deported and stealing someones identity. She got off easy for all she did.

Tijuana, Juarez, Mexico City...wherever.
They did deport her. So it was'nt a slap in the face. It was the right thing to do.
And chances are she's coming back. She did it before twice, she'll do it again.
The story isn't over. Maybe next time it will be jail though.

If she is truly an illegal alien activist then she has work to do in mexico too. After all, mexico's immigration policy is much more conservative than the U.S.
If she is only out for her self (like most illegals) then yes she will make another attempt to illegally enter America.

Her face has been on every newspaper and website in the country. She will be easy to spot when she comes back. Then she will go to prison.

For all the crimes she has committed, I feel she should have done some prison time. However, I hope our government is keeping a good eye on her. I don't think they would want to have to deport her again, although, at least we know now that they do have the balz to do it.
