Wow a lightweight here. I had this problem with a hangover two days after a night of hard drinking.. Mini keg of beer and a bottle of tequila where we were pounding the margaritas like it was lemonade. Two days afterwards I was still cursing the world lol but three days later the alcohol went away and I was once again happy to be alive lol. Four beers couldn't give you a headache four days after drinking. It has to be something else

First of all, am not calling you Brain, from now on your new name is light weight. Okay, light weight, here what you do, take a pain killer and stop at three beers next time.

Sorry but alchol is clears your body by first order reaction. What does that mean? Good question light weight! It means that after drinking so much alcohol (or so little) the rate at which your body clears alcohol and all its toxins is no more dependent on your body but on the amount of alcohol you drink. So once you go past what your body can clear, you start getting buzzed and ... You just have to wait it out and stick to three beers next time.

This also explains why people can wait up drunk or get a DUI from drinking the night before. See not only have I explained why you might not be feeling better anytime soon, you actually learnt some cool science stuff you can discuss will never help you pick up a chick. Hope you feel better light weight.

Sounds like a tension headache. I use to get that with a lot of high anxiety the next day from the hangover plus I smoked in those days. Do you smoke? That's a fierc headache combined with 2 packs of smokes the night before. I'm getting a headache just thinking about it.

You should always drink water or something non caffeinated if you've had a bad hangover. This replenishes your system after the dehydration which took place from the drunken state. If you've tried that and there still exists a problem, you may want to try Tylenols. Take the correct dose. See your doctor if problems persist.

Dude, headaches/hangovers are caused by dehydration. If you're dehydrated 4 days later, you gotta increase your water intake a bit. Or... a lot.
Otherwise, maybe you have some other problem going on?
Stress or something?

I'm not a doctor, but I don't think that a hangover should last that long unless it had been a major bender. You may be coming down with something, but I wouldn't worry unless they persist and/or get worse.

You're probably just dehydrated, that's when I get really bad headaches and alcohol can definately dehydrate you.
