this is my favorite question ever!!!!!!!! because jell-o is my favorite thing. i just have to try to avoid thinking about what it is made out of, and then i can enjoy it perfectly!! i once even wrote an article about fun facts about jell-o for my school newspaper as a joke becasue my teacher said i was going to get an F if i didnt think of something to write, fast. funny thing was it even made it in the next issue.
now that ive rambled enough, ill answer your question:

gelatin in JELL-O comes from the collagen in cow or pig bones and connective tissues. To make gelatin, manufacturers grind up these various parts and pre-treat them with either a strong acid or a strong base to break down cellular structures and release proteins like collagen. The resulting mixture is boiled, and as the collagen breaks down, the resulting product, gelatin, is easily extracted because it forms a layer on the surface of the boiling mixture.

Cherry or the blue style may well be stable. Heck, i'm no longer choosy, any of them may well be yummy! i've got had some jello pictures that have been relatively stable and others that purely tasted like organic alcohol. i'm having a party in a pair weeks at a inn, i might desire to convey jello pictures. might you strategies sharing your recipe?
