for an original ford bumper close to 500 bucks dealer cost,and on that one this may be the way you have to go with it,or you can order one through a body shop,it still going to be expensive though,good luck with it.

I know this is a follow up to your previous question.. and i want you to be aware before you try to fix this alone... the place on your bumper that you see that minor damage right now is called your "bumper cover"- that item does nothing for your safety and usually bounces right back into place after impact with minimal damage.
Under that bumper cover is the real safety items of your vehicle.. you cant see them right now b/c theyre covered.. and you have no idea if they are damaged or not. They are called your "impact absorber" and your "reinforcement bar". If they are damaged and you dont fix them- you are risking serious damage to your vehicle or yourself if your ever in another accident.
as far as your actual question.. unless someone on here right now is in front of their estimating software.. we can help you. you have to go to a repair shop and have them use their software to give you an estimate.

If you have a telephone the Ford dealer can give you a price for a new one and any wrecking yard the price for a used one.

a pair of hours labour to in good condition ,value of latest fixing clips (couple of pounds) yet you do not say if painted or gray plastic if painted that is extra labour and paint and supplies .want extra information to supply an entire costing

it depends how much you want to pay if you go to ebay.com than you can probly get 1 for cheaper but you could also get rippedoff i think they cost about $450 in stores though
if you go on ebay there are alot of different parts and almost anything so
