A Friend of mine has been having chronic back problems for nearly 12 years now, about 3 years ago he tested positive for cocaine when he was at a scheduled check up so they cut off his prescriptions. Since that day he has not used any illicit narcotics, and has been forced to buy the prescription drugs he used to get for dirt cheap from other people who sell their pills.

I feel real bad for the guy because in his most recent trip(This morning) his doctor brought up the incident 3 years ago and once again denied his prescriptions.

I'd like to know if there are ANY reputable online pharmacies that can sell him his old medication, or perhaps some remedies in how he can go about this problem.
Should he continue seeking doctors till he finds one that is understanding or what?

Well apparently the drugs he wants from doctors are narcotics that he may be addicted too. With addictive behavior in his past, there's a reason why a doctor won't give him addictive pain killers. He needs to break his addiction to prescription pain medications and get treated with non-narcotic medications. He also needs to seek out other methods of treating his back without medication. The non-narcotic medications may not make much difference in his pain levels until his addiction to narcotic pain meds is broken.

Doctors can get in trouble, lose their license, and/or end up in jail for prescribing addictive medications to someone who is a known addict.
