Do you hang up and re-dial or hold on the line (perhaps their phone system takes the next call in line)

a busy signal is a busy signal...

best bet to try to get thru to a radio station would be to order automatic redial from your phone company... when you dial a number that is busy, it will tell you to press (usuallay) 3 and hang up, when the line comes available, your phone will ring, and connect you

you hang up and call again. when they say like i will take caller 10, they have 10 lines and when you call in the first line will light , then the second, etc. they will not answer until the 10th line is lit. that's how they know who the 10th caller is.

If you get a busy signal and hold on, it's going to keep saying busy, duh! Hang up and try again. If it is still busy, it means everybody else is trying to get through too
