You can make a paste of baking soda and water and put it all over the area that has white heads.
Let it get semi hard then put a hot towel on the area and let the steam from the towel moisten the mask. This will bring all the oils trapped in the white head to the surface, wipe the white head with a little pressure and don't squeeze it. This will prevent getting a scar. As far as smooth hair, just use a good deep conditioner with a plastic cap under a warm dryer for about 10 minutes. This will soften the hair and also make it shine. I like Motions after shampoo moisture conditioner and Kera care conditioning line. Good luck with your hair and skin.

white heads? er...I'll say about black heads
black heads go for a bit alcohol mixed with egg white(raw), it helps diminish pores anyways(I've tried)

While your skin is damp, use table salt as an exfoliant(not on wet skin because the salt will dissolve quickly). If your skin is sensitive be gentle. I use this myself. Sugar works, too.
