You definately need to talk to someone... A doctor or therapist... There could be one of many things going on... and you are not necessarily going crazy... I was acting out in similar ways last year... I was diagnosed as a Borderline Personality but after months of therapy it was discovered that my characteristic of Borderline were actually the direct reprecussions of severe long term emotional and verbal abuse... that my body and mind were trying to bring me out of psycosis... Might now be the same thing as you are experiencing... but go get help and let the doctors decide... Good luck...

first of all calm down.. there could be many reason for the way your acting this way depending on your personality and your relationship with your bf.
Self diagnosing is very-very dangerous.. first of all go see a psychiatrist.. someone that you feel comfortable with and trustworthy . not too famous not too shabby either.
secondly you might be having a melt down if you are the type that hold everything in and never argues aggressively .. try to take some time off.
if there are un*resolved issues between u and ur bf. try addressing them. .
everybody goes through bad stages. before you start calling yourself crazy calm down , take a step back and try to remember when all this started. make a plan of action with your closed ones and stick by the plan.
focus on what things makes you angry ..
but as i said dont look for the answer here, like our body sometimes our mind also needs a checkup go and get it done. it could be something so much simpler than you think.
Good Luck ! :)

The problem with mental health is that there are so many shades of grey. My cousin had a bunch of different symptoms and the doctors diagnosed him as having a half a dozen different mental diseases, and tried him on no less than a dozen different combinations of meds to "cure" him. Meds CAN help to regulate you if you are bipolar (extreme highs and lows) or have another issue...but know that doctors do NOT know everything and are prone to diagnosing and medicating first and asking questions later.

You should go see a doctor as soon as possible. Start by just seeing your family physician and he/she can then direct you where to go for help. You might need some serious help, or maybe you just have a chemical imbalance that can be fixed with the right medication. Either way, you should get some help before you alienate the people around you by hurting them both physically and mentally.

You have a right to be concerned. I think the best way to resolve the behaviors that are causing you and your loved ones distress is to get them properly diagnosed. It could be neurological or it could be hormonal. I would advise you to see a professional for an evaluation. If you have a primary care physician, make an appointment to see him and he may refer you to a good mental health professional who can help you determine what the problem is and how to resolve it. If you don't have health insurance, call your county's health department, and they may be able to help you there. Good luck.

A hormone imbalance could cause drastic mood swings. Say if you have had a child recently or stopped taking birth control. I would definitely talk to your family doctor about what is going on. If this is something that you have never experienced before he/she could put you on the right path to getting you back to your normal self

Go see a doctor? If you know something's not right, why wouldn't you make that appointment? It could be anything from a hormone imbalance to bipolar disorder. Personality disorders are very unlikely. Most Bipolar people don't recognize it when they go manic, however.

I think you have schizophrenia. I checked on WebMD, you sound like u have this metal disorder or bi-polar disorder or maybe even split personality. Go see a doctor, a therapist and maybe try venting or using all of your negative energy to do something productive.
