will there ever be a weapon so destructive ,it can bring the human race to extinction or even destroy the whole planet in a single blow?!If so ,what kind would it be-nuclear warfare,boilogical,firearm,........?

I'm sorry nukes don't live up to your 'single blow' criteria. I think having arsenals sufficient to whipe out civilization in a matter of 15 minutes or so - with eventual death for the survivors from radiation or 'nuclear winter' thereafter - is quite sufficient.

The Tzarina Bomba weighing in at 100 megatons (of yield) was thought to be large enough to instigate global impact winter. It was never detonated at that high a yield, but was buttoned down to 50 megatons (1960s). Since then, it was deactivated by the Soviets as being 'insane' to have such a high yield WMD. Nowadays, it would take several dozen strategic nukes to set off global impact winter. Carl Sagan estimated it would take a mere 100 kiloton detonation to set off a nuclear winter. The current strategic nukes are in the 500 kiloton range.
The nearest 'single blow' WMD will now be a worldwide pandemic rather than 'one' nuke.
