Am I the only 'health nut' under 16 out there?
It seems like not many people put much thought into what they eat now-a-days.
^ That really bugs me...
...anyone?

Jastwist11- No, no, and no.
Being healthy is certainly not about getting away with eating ice cream and not gaining an ounce. Not at all!
Ice cream is simply not a healthy food, which is why I avoid it. It won't benefit my body, but will probably do just the opposite.
It's not about perfection, and I do love my youth.
=D
Thanks for your time, though!

That's because when you are under 16 (I used to be a sort of "health nut") you should be living crazy and doing what you want. Don't waste your youth counting calories. Dig into a bowl of ice cream while you can still eat the whole tub and not gain an ounce. I promise. You will rather look back on a crazy youth, than one wasted being perfect. Perfection is pointless. Love your youth.

I'm 17 and I definitely do. I constantly read food labels to make sure they don't have too much saturated fat, sodium, and cholesterol. I drink 2% reduced fat milk (I have my own milk gallon because my parents drink whole, lol). I take a multivitamin too to make sure I'm getting adequate vitamins and minerals.

You aren't alone.

You are definitely not the only one. There are tons of fitness buffs but you usually won't see them on forums, they're probably out in the field somewhere.
