Of course. The higher power may not be what everyone believes or thinks it is, but a higher power does exist. All you have to do is get to know it. It's your personal path, your personal journey, don't let anyone make that decision for you. There is only one God so there won't be any mistaken identity.

I can't say I know for sure whether god exists or not, but I believe that god does not exist.
I've tried looking from both sides of the argument, but came to find more evidence against his existence.

Yes, but not the way most religious people do. I believe there is a source. An intelligent source. But, this source is not some separate entity. This source, is the whole of everything, "ALL THAT IS" And, everything that is, is also a part of this source...in the exact same way that a drop of water is part of the ocean. There is no separation between us and this source, and there is no separation between any of us with any other of us. We are all part of the whole, so each one of us is a part of what God is. We are all one, with God and with each other. *sm*

This question has been asked a million times. Why not look it up? Does it change the fact that God exists regardless of our beliefs? If you haven't yet, believe and know Him through Christ.

The problem is with our God Concept. Mankind has been forced to accept a God Concept from ancient people whose highest intellect told them that the Earth was flat.

I look around at the world, the human body, DNA, the solar system, the universe, even "simple" single celled creatures and I know there is a creator. Beauty, order and complexity do not just "happen" as some would tell us.

answer_man... that's using both the "Argument from Design" and "God of the gaps" (both weak arguments). And why say the only two explanations are chance and God? Be more open minded!
