It means "The problem is, I don't have".

IT IS EGYPTIAN BECAUSE OF "بس" WHICH MEANS IN EGYPTIAN DIALECT "BUT." ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE THE SAME EXORESSION IN SUDAN AND OTHER ARAB COUNTRIES. SUDAN AND EGYPT SPEAK ALMOST THE SAME LANGUAGE BECAUSE OF THE IMMIGRATION AND OTHER FACTORS (WE ARE NOT TALKING ABOUT THAT NOW).

المشكلة = the problem - مشكلة = a problem
ما عندي = I don't have
ما + عندي = ما عندي ”
“ما “ Is a negation in Arabic. “عندي” means “I have.” If you put “ما” before “عندي” it would mean I don’t have

I just don't have the problem. (or) I have no problem with it (or) there is no problem in it for me.
(The sentence is in colloquial, not literary Arabic).
