definitely. try juicing them when the pieces are still partially frozen for a great mango sorbet.

Yes you can freeze mangos frozen as well as berries. You can sprinkle the mango pieces with lemon juice to keep their color and then put them on a parchment lined sheet tray not touching each other. That's called IQF - Individually Quick Frozen. Put the whole tray into the freezer and when they are completely frozen solid, peel them off the paper, put into baggies or a food container, label and freeze.

To freeze uncooked mangoes, sprinkle sugar over the peeled, seeded, chopped fruit. Stir gently with a wooden spoon until the sugar dissolves in the fruit's own juices, making sure the pieces are coated. Seal in an airtight container leaving 1/2-inch airspace or in plastic freezer bags with all air squeezed out.

the only fruit or veggie that can be frozen from fresh is corn. Any fruit can be frrozen if cooked in to a coulis. Thst is the colored drizzle pro chefs use on their dessert plates. Any berries must be cooked when thawed or they will go slimey.

I don't know why not, as long as the peeling is taken off first and the pit discarded.
